Same configure of many managed wordpress MU blogs

A wordpress MU plugin to sync the configure of different blogs. in WPMU, i managed several blogs which I wish them use exactly same config, same sidebar, same widget, same theme, and even the same statcounter code. I wish to have a plugin that let me just keep some of them sync, so I don't have to setup one by one.
